Comfort seat Lumbar support

I adjust the lumbar support to the most minimal setting possible but it still feels like a big bump in my lower back, so much so that it is very uncomfortable and hurts my lower back after a few minutes. Does anyone else experience this, and if so is there anything that can be done to change it?

does the lumbar support have a height adjustment?
