Any Idea whats going on?:uhoh:

Your transmission problems seem to be electronic and are mainly associated with your speed sensor. Probably the sensor is bad, but it may be a fuse. It sounds like the sensor is bad and it isn't telling it to shift when it should. The 700 error codes deal with bad input and output speed signals. The 1582 means that it can't maintain appropriate idle speed regardless of how much it tries to adjust it. This can also result from bad speed sensor. The 502 is speed sensor low input. Basically everything says that your speed sensor is bad. The 300 signals are related cylinder misfires. You probably need either new plugs or plug wires. The temperature doesn't sound that unusual, but I don't know the range you are supposed to have. You may wish to flush and fill the radiator. Check the coolant and see how it looks. Only use VW coolant. It is rediculously expensive $25 / gallon, but it's really good stuff. I wouldn't use anything else in a VW or Audi.
