o2 Sensor location on 97 GMC Sonoma

A very close friend has a 97 GMC Sonoma 4.3 L V6 and when we read the OBD it gave us a code PO147 and the readout stated "o2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
My question is; where is o2 sensor # 3 located specifically so I can remove and replace it for him.
I'm an old Corvette guy and don't know anything about his GMC Sonoma but trying to help him out.
