99 deville turn sig. not working

I have a 99 deville and my turn signals quit working all of a sudden
they will work if i manully hit the switch the rear and side markers work but the front markers dont I also noticed the rear doesnt work unless i have my foot on the brake when i manullly move the switch up and down, replaced the flashers and still no turn signals, also a/c still turns on if i have the heat set to 90 degrees, also I replaced my rear air strut compressor and my rear end still wont lift completly back up it worked fine until compressor went but when i replaced it still wont get all the way up and i dont hear the hiss after i turn the car off thanks a million if anyone can help me thru this much boggleing promblem.
