Where's the timing mark? 90' f150 5.0

I've got a 1990 f-150 I just bought and just gave it a tune up. I got the light out to set the distributor timing but I'm not seeing any marks. I'm sure it's somewhere on the crank pulley or maybe through a hole in the tranny case. Can anyone help me out? Where should it be set?

The marks should be on harmonic balancer. A can of brake clean and a rag should let you see then. Spray and clean off entire balancer. As far as setting, check emission label. Should be on underside of hood or on valve cover. Left side i belive.
