Im kinda stapped for cash so Im working on the slowly but surely. In the future a turbo and a new fuel system would be nice. Also I read that installing a DOHC stock comp into SOHC neon is better than reprogramming your SOHC comp.http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/projectcars/0202scc_project_dodge_neon_part_2/.
I dont know the more I read and learn the more I want to do. But its hard on a low buget.plus Im tuning my 05 crf450x so its hard to say whats more important.

The air flow curve of the Sohc and Dohc are enough different that you will not see hardly any (if any at all) increase of power by putting a stock Dohc computer on a Sohc. You would be better off saving your money and putting the correct computer on your Sohc. The article used a MP Dohc computer, which is the same price as the MP Sohc computer. They chose the Dohc computer b/c they had intention on adding mods to the Sohc to increase it's high RPM power (above 6500 rpm) in the future. Unless you are really serious about having a hotter cam/new intake (Indy) and port matched Magnum head, you will be better off with a Sohc Mopar Performance or AF/X computer.
The thing is: You have a '95, There are some weirds things about the '95 that was changed in '96. One of them is the fuel rail and Injector connectors are not compatible with most aftermarket injectors. Many people have changed out their '95 computer/harness/injectors and rail for a '96-'99 before they started doing any other mods.
