1997 2WD Sportage Problem

I'll try to make this as short as possible. Yesterday Sportage(97,2WD,Auto,53K) starting bucking and jumping while driving in town at 35 to 45 MPH and check engine light came on. Went home and scanned and got P0101, P1624, P0750 codes. I have had a problem with the Mass Air Flow code showing before. Before I say the transmission has a problem, I am going to work on the MAF problem and see if it is causing the other codes. Looking for any input on this PLEASE!
