I can't seem to find a replacement sealt belt, retractor style front passenger for my 94 burb. Any suggestions on where to look? Any websites that have OEM or OEM style replacement seat belts? Thanks :icon16:

Try www.lmctruck.com (http://www.lmctruck.com) and find your year to get a free catalog. they have an awesome selection of OEM parts and decent prices.

Dude.........I am so sorry. I didnt check the years before I sent the link to you. LMC deals mostly with the Top 3 so I assumed that the Subs went to at least 2000 with their catalogs.

jc whitney has belts, but they are not "O.E.M"
I bought one for my '89 GMC pickup. The hardware did'nt fit. The overall quality of the unit is poor. I didn't have a choice because I was missing parts for the original unit. The only other place to go is a junk yard. The bolts are not easy to get out. I needed an impact to get the shoulder harness bolt out, and I had to drill out the floor mount bolt because it was rusted, and the head stripped out. Good Luck. Don't let the machine beat you!

Try http://car-part.com/ it will let you search within your state/geographic area. Good luck.

I guess I would like new belts, as opposed to used belts.

I guess that leaves you with the dealer.......

Thanks for all the help. I am going to do a little searching still, 379 for a belt from the dealer is bogus........

If you have less than 100,000 miles and the belts are defective (won't latch, won't retract, etc.) GM will replace them free and pay your dealer for installation, too. It's a secret blanket safety warranty.

I have been watching e-bay, but blue or red belts clash with my tan interior. :lol2: Hopefully someone will have one. Thanks for the post though
