at my wits end - any advice is appreciated - I have a 95 eclipse 2.0 non turbo GS -
Driving normally, the car quits running. seemed like it ran out of gas. I have no spark, no psi in the fuel rail. I have changed the PCM, cam sensor, crank sensor, coil, plugs, asd relay, fuel pump relay and checked the fuel pump, it works fine. I get codes 11, 36 and 12 in the pcm. 11, no crank signal. With the key on, I have 8 volts of supply at both the cam and crank sensors, 5 volts of signal at both sensors, and the grounds check out. Still no spark.
any advice?
Thanks

This goes in the Problem Diagnosis section...
Sounds to me like your ECU took one big shit. I dont know where they are on the 420a, but I bet if you found it and took the cover off that you'd find that it smells like "burning" and there will scorch marks on the board.

I agree, it sounded like the ecu. I have already replaced it (also called pcm). Still no luck. Thanks for the reply.

It really does sound like the ECU. If all the voltage and all the sensors have been checked out, then that's my guess. Make sure the battery terminals are clean and the wires are clean and connected sturdy. Besides that, IDK.
