94 Q45 sun visor help

I have a 94 Q in Mulberry Frost and I'm looking to replace both the driver's side and passenger's side sun visors. Is this something that can be done myself? If so, does anyone have suggestions for locating the visors. Or should this replacement be left to a professional? Thanks.
