that all really depends on what year of civic you have. if you have an obd0 you might want to use the injectors out of the old intake or you might want to convert to the obd1 system. it all just depends on what you are willing to do

it's really nice with an si transmission...
its better if you convert to obd1...and run a p28
it works good with a obd0 pr3...(the easy way, it plugs right in and 2 wires for vtec)
if you have a dx...you need to convert to mpfihttp://b16a.honda-perf.org/theswap.html
read the "now how about wiring?" part
dont worrie about the second o2 sensor or the knock sensor
