Ok I have put in a AEM CAI, Megan Header 4-1 downpipe, testpipe, and catback Megan exhaust. It sounds great but it is rattling against the gas tank, what can I do to stop that? Can you buy the mounts that hold it up at Advanced or AutoZone?

Also I was thinking maybe I will do a tune-up upgrade my spark plugs and wires. If I do that what should my next mod be? Something cheap $100 or less is what I would like to keep it at.

Thanks for the help....

Just put some rubber with adhesive on the tank to stop the noise. You could get a short-shifter, plugs/wires, or one of those "chips" from eBay. I hear they do wonders...

A chip from ebay? Not heard about this but I am new so yeah...could you post a link or send me the link via PM please, would like to see what you are talking about.

But I will look into the short-shifter, but the plugs and wires are going to be on my car next week!!

No no! Just kidding about the chip! It's just a resistor and it's not worth the $3 or whatever it costs. Strut bars would be good, too. Again eBay brands will do fine. But you've pretty much hit the wall for non-turbo. I'd say save some more for nitrous, with a little jet of course.

NOS will be my last upgrade. I am going to upgrade my fuel and turbo it later on, but nos will be the last thing I do. As for the rubber wouldn't the pipe get to hot and melt the rubber¿

Turboing it will require an intense amount of money. The rubber, as long as it's not thin foam should be fine I think, but who knows. I've never tried it but I don't think that the pipe would get hot enough to melt thick rubber.

Get an under drive pulley, that will be one of the most noticable upgrade as far as bolt ons go.

This is true, but there can be negative side effects due to the different sized/weight pulleys. My advice is to read wiki's article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underdrive_pulleys) and some others then make the decision for yourself. I've never used them so I cannot speak from experience.

Yeah it will take some money but I can turbo the car for under a $1000 but I dont want to do all that yet I just want to do what I can to it before I take that step. I found out you can buy the hangers at a autostore so I will buy one of those and use it to stop the rattling. Also I am going to go with a short-shifter, an under drive pulley may cause problems that would drive me crazy. As you can tell with the rattling little things are annoy me lol.

Bore out your TB, port match the intake mani to the TB bore size, port the head and intake/exhaust manifolds. Then your next step will most likely be turbo (or nitrous)
