changing wheel studs help

i need to know how to change the fron wheel studs on a 92 lebaron sedan.

just the studs or the hub they sit on..??

If it just the studs knock em outta the hub... tap new ones in

or..

you have to drop the brake calipers, steering, upper an lower control arms etc, and split the hub from the knuckle and replace the hub.. and bearings reassemble and tadaa..

its just the studs, i broke 3 while trying to change the spare. so i can just hammer the out and hammer in new ones?

Hopefully you can do it with the hub in situ.. oh.. i forgot to say.. and remove the disc rotor.. They just hammer out and hammer in.. ive only ever done it x2.. on a ford and a vw (bro in law was heavy handed and turnin lugs wrong way).. check it out.. you'll find the easiest way.. good luck m8.. :biggrin:
