I have a Buick LeSabre 1993 with a couple of problems. One is the radio antena, the antena motor never stops making a noise that sounds like it is working to push the antena out, but the antena is laready out. So to stop it I needed to disconected from the conector that is attacthed to the antena insaide the trunk. If I conect it again the motor starts runing again, so I keep it disconected. If any one can help, please let me know.
The other problem is when I was vacuming one day I discovered that the carpet was a little bit wet, so I lifted the edge of the carpet by removing one of the trims and the floor of the car was wet. If any one have any ideas as to where to start fixing this problem, please let me know. I really appreciate any help on any of these two prblems.

I never took apart a power antenna assembly, but it sounds like the limit switch is not being tripped.
As far as wet carpet goes, if its the passenger side, I would suspect the heater core or condensation from the evaporator.

My 93 had the power antenna keep running. The cable inside had broken I was told. Fix is to buy a stationary replacement or get another new or get a ppower antenna from a recycling yard. I chose to keep it disconnected.

For the antenna, try swapping out the relay that's attached to it. A bad relay can keep the circuit closed, thus leaving the motor running. Depending on what side the water was found, trying getting inside and have someone outside spray the car with a water hose, you may find the leak that way. I did that once before in a 97' Silverado. Sounds like you have a bad weather strip seal around a door.
