My prediction: After fighting for hours, both give up. Vader gets drunk and drives the Countach off a cliff, destoying both of them.

This is a dumb topic. Anyways, Vader would win by far because he has the force. The only thing in common that the two have is that they're both from outer space. (In a good way :))And how does Vader get drunk? He has a wierd mesh-type mouth-guard.
