Intrigue dead, no power, won't jump

2000 Intrigue, 25K miles
I used my remote to unlock the doors yesterday morning but once I got in and turned the key, the engine didn't turn over and I noticed that no electronics were working. I had to leave for work but I figured it was a dead battery and tried to jump it when I got home but it still wouldn't crank. However, in the dark, I noticed that some lights on the car (under hood, in trunk, etc.) were glowing faintly. While jumping, the odo and other dials would occassionally jump around and once, for about a second, all power seemed to be restored but then went dead again.
Does this sound like a battery problem, a blown fuse or what?

Welcome to AF.
I vote battery. I'd recommended getting it tested but also the charging system.

Thanks! That's what I was hoping. I'll take it Autozone (they test for free, right?) today. By charging system do you mean the alternator?

That is correct. AZ can testing the complete system.
Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Well, after all that it was just the door lock fuse. :banghead: When I checked it last night, I couldn't see the tiny chip missing from it. Thanks for your input!
