Yeah, right now I freaking hate miami! Not cause of the people, not cause of the over croudedness, not even cause of the heat. It just hasnt stopped raining! It Makes me freaking crazy! I cant wash my cars, I can't race, I can't go out to car meets cause they are all cancelled due to rain. It's un real, it's been raining for more than a week straight and it will continue till next thursday. WTF is that! I'd freaking yell out in frustration but im at work so no can do. Hopefully it will stop raining by the time I get out.

y dont you and the rex go out to a empty parking lot and get used to feeling the slipping of the tires in the rain? that shouldn't ruin your fun unless its pouring down like its going to be flash flood somewhere. mayube u and mushman can get a little cone competition in the rain. im pretty sure no one will stop you.

those flash floods are how its been here, you cant see more than 2 feet in front of you. Even empty parking lots are dangerous, if there are pot holes we wouldnt know cause the rain fills them up, already happened to musashis wife.

I kind of know how you feel. I hasn't been raining here non-stop but when it rains in Utah the wind blows a lot first, kicking dirt up into the air and then it rains just enough to get the dirt out of the air and onto your car. It has been doing this often enough lately that it’s just pointless to wash your car since it will look like ass the next day.

Wait....maybe up in northern florida but here in cuba 2 we didnt get any 70 degree weather, we got 90's. And you guys saying that I cant complain can kiss my jettas exhaust, we have to deal with hurricanes and are always on hurricane alert.

Have you thought about not complaining like a girl?

C'mon man... you live in a tropical climate, it's going to be hot, muggy and rain a shit ton.

Move north 300 miles if you want to escape the frequent rains. Or come to the west coast... only disasters we have are Earthquakes, Wild Fires and Oakland Raiders fans riots...... oh, and the occasional Cougar eats a hiker in the hills..., which I find hilarious.

Plus, everybody here could care less about Earthquakes anyways... we get one good Earthquake once a year if that... and all the houses and buildings are built to code, and are designed to withstand Earthquakes, so it's not like you're going to get squashed.

Despite all the whacked out BS you hear about California... it's not all that bad a place to live in all honesty.

^ I agree, if you don't like the weather then move. It kills me how people down there build right in hurrican territory and some get hit multiple times a year but want help from the government and the rest of the taxpayers across the country to help pay for damages and higher insurance costs. If someone lives down there I think that is great. However, it should come with a responsibility of the people who live there to pay the higher costs of insurance (an I know they do payer higher than most spots but others around the country have higher insurance too due to hurricanes). Because I really don't feel like paying more money for insurance just so that they can afford to insure those who live in areas where hurricanes are a huge problem.

And yes I know I live in "Tornado Alley". However, most tornados here don't even touch a house. It is very very very rare to get hit by one. And if a hurricane is coming towards an area, everybody gets hit. I say, "enter at own risk" if you live down there.

i've lived here my whole life, going to be 21, and i cant move, nor do i plan to. I still live at home and if I move up north I wont be able to go to school or work, not to mention I am a very family oriented person and would not want to leave my family.

Come and listen to a story about a man named Jed
A poor mountaineer, barely kept his family fed,
Then one day he was shootin at some food,
And up through the ground came a bubblin' crude.

Oil that is, black gold, Texas tea.

Well the first thing you know ol' Jed's a millionaire,
Kinfolk said Jed move away from there
Said Californy is the place you ought to be
So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly.

Hills, that is.
Swimmin pools, movie stars.

The Beverly Hillbillies!

See, it was writen long ago that you should move away...

I like the weather here! its just the rainy season man, we live in a damn peninsula.
Get the car cover and you'll be all set.
I washed the car today in between showers, works well since the clouds keep the sun out enough time to wax it and cover it up.

if anything give a good wax so the dirt washes right off.

Nifty nifty. My girlfriend lives in Belleville, but shes moving to St. Louis. Well, St. Chuck really, but close enough. I'm trying to get her to move to Wentzville.
