need help from dx/lx owners

i bought my car second hand and never received the owner's manual. i'm hoping someone can tell me what the recommended speeds are for shifting into each gear (wanna get as many kilometers/tank as possible).

this is how i've been doing it for the last few weeks:

1 -> 2 @ 20 km/h

2 -> 3 @ 40 km/h

3 -> 4 @ 60 km/h

4 -> 5 @ 75 km/h
