Ok guys I need your help. I'm going to get a car soon these are what I want to get but tell me which is fastest stock and has enough aftermarket parts to look cool and go fast.

Okay, here's the run down.
CRX- A good choice if you're into hugging curves (and I don't mean the soft bouncy kind that adorn females of the species). There's plenty of aftermarker stuff available for this car and the EX, but the CRX is lighter, has a stiffer unibody, and is generally more nimble. Also, with the CRX, you're starting out with V-tec, meaning you won't have to do a swap to get more power until later. Unless you want more torque, then a swap is necessary for more displacement. Of course, you could be "hardcore" and bore it out. I think there's stroker kits out there for Hondas, too.
Mitsubishi Eclipse- There's a bit more car here stock, but there isn't the aftermarket support available for Triple-diamonds as you'd think. Half of the problem is that the Eclispe was a totally forgotten car in Japan. So there isn't a strong J-spec or JDM base to work off of. A bummer, but the truth. If your budget is tight, and you need performance now, go this route. But it'll cost you in the long run.
Cavalier Z24: Torque is here, but the tranny is mush. I drove a Z24 once and absolutely hated the action in the shifter. (of course I'm spoiled, my MGB GT has straight cut gears in its gearbox) Also, the suspension is flabby and you're going to deal with a dry weight that's about 200-300lbs heavier than either of the Hondas. And ultimately, the aftermarket refuses to embrace the GM corporate coupes. So all you have are either the most basic of bolt-ons, or high-dollar specialty pieces that only the make's super-enthusiast wack-jobs produce. It's a bummer, because I actually think that the Z24 isn't a bad looking coupe.
So, in the end, I'd choose the CRX, since I'm a corner carver who doesn't rely on torque or raw power to dust opponents. But, if you're going straight line, the Eclipse may end up as your best bet. However, if you're willing to spend 2nd gen Eclipse money, take a look at Nissan 240SX's. They're generally cheap, strong out of the box, RWD (which none of the other cars are) and have a deadly aftermarket in Japan for the JDM engine, the turbocharged SR20DET. Of course, the American market KA24 can be built up well enough to do the job, but SR20DET's are black magic in aluminum form.

I'd have to agree and say that a 240 sx would be your best bet...not only are they better cars then your options........but they are also when of the most reliable cars of their time......less money in repairing things, and more money into giving it the performance you want.

The Eclipse GS is just a whole lot more car than the other cars you mentioned, plus it's newer, so I'd go with that one.

How is the eclipse anymore then whats there? It weighs a good 2600lbs. if not more, and it's FWD with only 140HP.

Yeah, stock eclipses suck just as badly as stock hondas. I hold respect for the CRX due to its handling characteristics, which are excellent for a front driver.
AWD Eclipses/Talons are a whole different story, they rock the proverbial Casbah :D
