Maybe I'm just stumbling in the dark here, but what exactly is an import thug? I get expecting to get mugged by some homies at the Honda dealership or something...

Perhaps an import thug is a hired goon that comes from Taiwan in a crate? I'm with you guys, I don't understand the term. Besides, isn't it bad form to describe yourself as an outlaw when you're aiming to become respectable? (The World of Outlaws sprint series doesn't count as a counter point)

Good to see I'm not the only one who doesn't know what the hell an "import thug" is!
Octagon, I think you may be on to something there. I know that most asians immigrants like to buy Japanese/Korean cars, and that most Europeans immigrants like european cars... I get the impression they don't trust our local petty criminals, so they send back to their respective countries for their cronies.

Q: What does ImportThugs.com mean?
A: ImportThugs (or Import Thugs) is a term coined by founder Ken Lamug as something that would describe the rebellious yet proud import auto enthusiast. One who is in the automotive scene and strives to be unique and different from the norm-- to standout from the rest.
I feel dissapointed :p

That does seem a little weak-kneed for the description of a thug. That sounds more like a description of some sort of Errol Flynn-esque swashbuckler. Which wouldn't be such a bad thing. "Import Buccaneer", anyone?

My god, what did they do to that mustang :angryfire ? I see an intercooler though. Who wants to bet it's a base V6?
For some reason, I don't feel especially threatened by those kids... especially since I have a foot of height on any of them! They don't really fit the thug format.
Now thats a thug!

I agree, they don't look to threatening, I think the matching coifs and attire give it away. The only harm they could do is stab you in the eye with a chopstick or something.

The stang looks photoshoped to me, it's a bit smudgy and un-even at certain points. photoshoped or not, it's still funny as hell though, believe it or not there are some ass-clowns out there that are just like the "yellowtuRds"

LMAO! That's some good stuff!
Z, I think it is shopped, notice how the air dam on the Mustang is 100% the same as the hondas? It's just been flipped so the angle will match the Mustangs.

'sho 'nuff. the shadows are coming from different directions and everything. unless that crew is so blingin they're creating their own light, its chopped.

Actually the Accord and the Mustang are both photoshopped, and quite poorly I might add. One easy point against the Honda is the fact it has a FULL face bonnet, not just a hood mask (you can tell by the part that wraps around the headlamps then dissapears after the crease). And ofcourse if the Accord is chopped, then it is easy to assume the mustang is too, seeing as how it is using the exact same front, just flipped.

oops did I forget to mention that both headlights on both cars are whited out? Or maybe it is my mind playing tricks on me making me imagine the really shitty oval selection/fill job on the mustangs hood. Or maybe it is the fact that the front bumber on both cars doesn't align properly with the way the body is facing. I suppose I should stop now.
Also I love the way all the kids in the second picture are holding their arms trying to make thier biceps seem bigger. lol, I am scared just looking at their tendons and bones!
Don't really need to say anything about the black guy, I wouldn't want to be even at the same intersection as that ugly ass car.
