I took out the entire back interior of my CRX in about 90 minutes. Ok, I know I don't have a backset, but that's not too bad huh?

To remove the rear side interior panels, you also have to remove the rear panel. Just remove all the plastic/metal screws and lift up, there are some clips along the top edge that just pop out.

Then, remove the speaker pods (if you have them) and then there are 3 other screws in the panels. Then, like 1990 said open the side windows and pull the weather strippin up all along the bottom of the window. Then, pull the panels towards the inside of the car. Once again there are some clips along the top edge of the panel, but these are mounted horizontally... There's also a little triangle plastic cover that is around the base of the hatch struts that has to be removed or loosened because it overlaps the side panels on each side.

The Only Thing I Must Really Stress When YOu Take Off The Dash Is To Take Off The Easy Pieces First (speedo, glove box, steering wheel, center stereo console) It Will Make You Job A Whole Lot Easier!! Also The Paint That I Used Was Actual VINYL PAINT!! Ill Get The Brand Name To YOu A Little Later!!

actually if you look at the pic of my side panel, you see a bunch of holes, those are your main screws, and clips that you need to remove!!!

There is a company that makes a product for vinyl. The company is SEM and they make a primer called SEM Sand Free, and the paint is SEM Vinyl Dye. This stuff is the BOMB!!!

Anyone have the weatherstrip above the DS and PS doors in black or grey or know where I can get it? (The rubber strip that is blue in my black and red interior looks like shit)
