What colour should I do my 1964 Impala Lowrider? Candy lime green metallic(it looks alot better then it sounds) Or go out in a week or two and buy a Purple? I want to do it the Candy green, but I'm just asking to see what people would think about it. It has a fully detailed boot and white and black interior if those features would help with your choice.

What about Candy Blue? That color would look great with a Tamiya Gold undercoat. Just a suggestion.

i build lowriders too. and candy green, red, and blue seem kinda played out(dont look good with a black and white interior) most have gone back to the basics. painting factory colors or going to the old school muralised look. in my opinion go with a color that matches the interior. some colors that will work with it
body / roof
Black/White(or vice versa. but if you do it this way add patterns on the roof that the black doesnt look plain)
White/Silver(or vice versa)
Charcoal or dark grey metallics/ light shade of Silver or White
or check www.Cobradeuce.com for more combinations on a 64
