Welcome to AF!
Is the problem that air will not divert to the heater outlets, or that the air exiting the floor outlets is not warm?
If you can get warm air from the vent or defrost outlets, the problem is not coolant related. If you can get no hot air from any of these outlets, the problem is either coolant related, or the HVAC damper controls are not operating the heater core air dampers.

HI, I was told by the Chevy garage that it was possible the heater doors were not opening. the worst case price wise would be around 300 bucks, another module problem.Just had one put in behind the stering wheel had a clicking noise like the turn signal was on, that cost 230.00.Thanks, Flair......

In the dash their is a dial you turn for A.C.,def.heat and ect. This dial turns and switches vacuum to open the proper dampers.
The cost is $57.00 new. You have to use a screw driver and gently remove the plastic cover it is held in by two screws after removing it you have to use a torx screwdriver to un screw it and put in a new one. You also have to pull the nob off.
You could also buy one at a junk yard.
