You shouldnt have any problems, they are so easy to replace....just remember to wipe up any spilled brake fluid from the paint....

Clean the area on the car of loose dirt so you don't contaminate things.
Since you have to bleed the system anyway, flush it completely front and rear until there's no sign of old fluid. Brake fluid attracts moisture which kills cylinders and to a lesser extent calipers. It will save you money in the long run.
Ate Super Blue is the shit if you want the good stuff. High boiling point and low moisture activity.

How do you flush out the whole system? Just keep pumping the brake until all the fluid is pushed out??

At your auto parts store you can get a bleeder gizmo that will suck out the brake fluid at the wheel which makes it a one person operation. Fill and suck until it comes out clean.
OR
You keep filling and pumping until you get nothing but clean brake fluid out.
