Help me Prioritize my repair work

So far this is what I know that I need for my Blazer in my Sig.
Front Differential Fluid Change
Axle fluid change ( I think that is it )
Ball Bearing change for both sides :(
Rear left wheel bearing ( so I was told by a guy at the shop )
O2 sensors

So far I have have completed the following:
Replaced:
Alternator in July 06'
Belt in August 05'
Tensioner in July 06'
Fuel filter in April 06'
PCV Valve in April 06'
Shocks in Feb 06'
Front Wheel bearing in June 06'
Radiator Replacement in Feb 06' with new hoses too
Transmission Flush in July 05'
Tuneup ( done today )
Cold Air Intake kit
a treatment of AutoRX :)
And SeaFoam through the PCV Valve

My current problems is that my Blazer pulls hard to the right when I let go of the wheel. I believe this is due to the failing ball joints on that side. I had a alignment done in Feb 06' but it didn't last long.
I am leaking a clear fluid around the front axel on the outsid edges near the front differential. I am nervous about this b/c I hope it isn't something really bad.
Also I am shifting a little rough from first to second gear. And sometimes if I am slowly down when rounding a tight turn and give it the gas again I hear a thud which sounds like the transmission.
So almighty repair guru's. Help me get organized here.

The ball joints are a safety issue. That should be the first priority.
The axles, trasnfer case, and wheel bearings won't do much of anything without a transmission routing power to them. I'd do that next.
Once you're confident the transmission is healthy, perform the rear wheel bearing change in conjunction with teh oil change, since you'll have to drain the housing to access the axle retainer clip anyway.
Leave the front drive alxe for last, and consider an oil change in the transfer case if you haven't already done so.

Just did both ball joints in one of mine and hubs at the same time is the way to go. Man is that front end tight now - already did the idler arm. Trans filter is a must on these every 50k min. As for that rear - do both axles at the same time when its apart. O2 sensors - if no code don't waste your money - oh been reading the Bosch ads, ha, ha. Ever done those U-joints and balanced that driveshaft - all about $100. As for the pulling are the brakes fairly new and sure you don't have a rear caliper dragging - seen them pull the front over as the slides freeze up and the inside of the rear rotor gets eaten.

I don't think that they are dragging. B/c once I had the alignment done it was corrected for a few months then started pulling again. My guess is the bad ball joints.
I will have to look at the U-joints and balancing the drive shaft.
On a side note, I also need to add either buy 4x rotors for brakes or take them all off and have them resurfaced.

I get that thud too, sounds more like the rear end though...what is that? I just thought it was normal, locking diff or something.
