i've used them. i liked their service, but paul says they grind off serial #s and are unathorized.

no offence to paul but if you buy stuff off of ebay and it is used then it techancail is an unauthroized.

most stuff on the internet these days is unauthorized ... one of the owners of a local shop was telling me he could buy stuff cheaper on the net than thru his authorized wholesaler

Man that shit gets annoying.
Besides that how often have you used the warranty other than DOA products, most of the time my stuff begins to fail long after the warranty has expired, and about 90% of the time i never register for the warranty as it is. The only things ive had problems with where my digital camera which i just exchanged for a new one.

agreed that most stuff is either DOA out of the box or it works past it's useful life span.

my amp from onlinecarstereo was DOA and i exchanged it for the next year's model, all i had to pay was shipping for the dead one. good customer service.
