i have a 95 g20t. the other day it started making a loud knocking sound right under the valve covers(left side).I removed the valve covers and the front cam was all scrached up against the heads and a cam retainer.has anyone rebuilt an engine like this? Why would this happen? the car has 125,000 on it. Car has always ran good.this really sucks,please help!!:bandit:
