Just wondering which type you feel is best. I have the crome version. Please let me know if this is effective masking for you.
Thanks!

I tried BMF one for window trim masking and it was difficult to remove. I've had better luck using Tamiya masking tape.

BMF is an excellent masking material IMHO, particularly for window trim. I use BMF quite a lot for masking off this kind of thing.
To make it more economical, I use a thin strip at the critical point and then lay Tamiya tape next to this to mask off a wider area.
If you overlay the Tamiya tape it also lifts the BMF when removed.

I've used most of the different colors of BMF to mask with. I run regular masking tape up to about 1/16 of an inch away and put the foil over that and it peels off very easily when I'm done.
