Help! Loud Knocking Noise

I changed the oil in my 2002 Chevy S10 yesterday and now there is a loud
knocking noise coming from the engine. Any ideas on what the problem might be??

Have you checked the dipstick? Is there enough oil in the engine? Otherwise . . . don't know. Did you drop anything in there? I wouldn't drive it until I figured it out.
