I have had my charger for a while now and recently it is not starting. I have replaced the starter, and replaced the starting relay switch. The ignition is fairly new prolly just about a month and its started and ran fine since i had it. I'm kinda at a loss on what i should check/do next. All the spark plugs are in, and coil ect is in. I have a new igniton box, coil and distrubutor.
The starter dont even crank or make any noise what so ever so i'm thinking its more of a electrical problem..
Would the electric voltage regulator do that?
And i have checked the battery it seemed fine, lights turn on ect..
Please help any ideas would be better then none.

The battery SEEMED fine? I bet you it's dead. Just because the lights come on doesn't mean anything.
Try another battery. It might even be a poor battery connection.

Do you have a manual transmission or an automatic? If you have an automatic, I suggest you look at the neutral safety switch to make sure it is still connected and whether it is still functioning. Try starting the car with the transmission in both Park and Neutral to make sure your linkage is not out of adjustment.
Whenever you have an automatic and the starter fails to function or make any noice when you turn the key, this is the first place you need to look. I have seen many a good starter replaced needlessly plus time and money wasted because this switch wasn't looked at first.
Good luck and let us know what you find.

The battery is fine, lights dont dim, radio comes on ect....even tried a jump start...
Automatic transmission did try to start it in neutral and in park the linkage seemed to operate fine switching gears.
any other ideas?

Probably the neutral safety switch then. If it's messed up it will act like you were trying to start the car in drive.

The neutral safety switch is located on the driver's side of the transmission near the shift lever. There will be a two-wire connector over a round, screwed in switch. One way to test is to disconnect the two-wire plug from the switch, jumper the two leads and try to start the car with the key. Another test you can do is at the starter relay. Connect a jumper between the two bolted connections on the relay and the starter should engage regardless of the condition of the neutral safety switch.
Anyway, happy trouble shooting and let us know what you find.
