Hey all,

The cloth is falling off the headliner on mine. I plan to take it out to reglue it, anyone done this before? Got a glue and application recommendation?

Thanks,
Tim

3M adhesive, in a spray can. Great stuff for headliners!!

Ditto, jsut make sure it sets up tacky first, dont' just spray it and apply the liner, you need to give it a few minutes. Also, much like a paint job, the outcome will only be as good as the prep work that went into it, so make sure the surface is clean and free of old foam debris.

I replaced mine a few years ago. My experience is that the foam was rotten and the material was coming apart so trying to glue the old material was virtually impossible.

I went to a Fabric store (whose name escapes me right now, but it wasn't a national chain) and was looking for fabric and they actually had headliner material in various colors (mine is gray). Anyhow I bought a piece and the 3M glue and the thing looks just like new. I think the material was around $40 and the glue around $10, my memory recalls about $50.
