Fuel gauge problem

I'm having an issue with the fuel gauge on my 95 Cutlass Ciera. I can see it fluctuating a lot when driving. It doesn't do it so much when it's completely full, but when it gets below 3/4 of a tank, it's really noticable. It's got a new fuel pump, fuel sender. Any ideas? :uhoh:

My cutlass does that too. When it starts getting low the fuel gauge sometimes moves up or down. It's just the fuel sloshing around which is why you don't notice it on full. You will probably notice it the most when accelerating or decelerating. Does the car have any problems or does it still drive the way it used to?

Neh...it still drives the same...no other problems. I was just wondering if there was any kind of fix to this so I can use the fuel gauge and not the trip meter to decide when to fill up :D

The fuel tank baffles aren't the greatest in these cars, and it allows the fuel to slosh around as CutlassOlds88 stated. There's really not much you can do about it.
