Keys matched

So I'm thinking of buying a civic from a friend but the ignition key and the door keys are different could I take the door cylinders off to get them matced to the ignition key and also how much would it possibly cost?

You should be able to get them from a honda dealership, as long as you bring your title (proof you own the car). Not sure how much it costs though.
