Blew my Master fuse... how do I change?

Hello:
I have a '03 Toyota Matrix, Im blew the 100A fuse and now need to remove the whole fuse casing to apparently unscrew a phillips head screw that is holding the exisiting blown fuse in place, anyone know how I go about doing this?
