Remote entry problem F250

Hello....new to the site
I have a 99' F250 superduty 7.3. Recently after i get out of my truck and lock the doors my radio will come on and when i try and use my remote entry to unlock the doors it will not work. After i start the truck and trun it off everything works. (the radio will not turn on all the time just sometimes) Would this be a short somewhere in my electrical? I have searched the past threads but couldn't find anyone with a similar problem....THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!
