Rear window removal

I need to remove the rear window {above rear quarter } to do some body work on the quarter panel. How do I go about doing this? Thanks.

OK...........then when I put it back in, do I use a special caulk from GM?

Has yours got the rubber around it like some of the windshields? my mind is drawing a blank. Nothing special from GM just black silicone windshield goop.
