HELP: Battery light on and off

My battery light keeps flickering on and off. I noticed that it definitely stays off when RPMs are 5000+, maybe because the engine is generating enough current??

I have no problems starting the car or playing the radio- does this mean my battery is weak?

I think its your ALT belt? Check if its loose.
