Its 5:43 am, I cant go back to sleep, drink another beer right now :icon16: .
Since I cant let my babe go, I want to replace exhaust manifold gasket, it been leak from day one. Can any tell me how to take out the exhaust manifold and replace the gasket ? BTW do I have to use any silicon on new gasket or just drop it in ? thanks

Unbolt the turbo studs, take off the exhaust stud nuts, then remove the manifold. I'm not sure about the 2Gs with the T-25, but I think the manifolds are the same so it'll probably be tricky if the T-25 has a stud that you have to maneuver off. Anyways, once the manifold's off you're going to want to replace the studs too because they're prone to breaking and you don't want that because you'll get an exhaust leak. The studs in the corner by the power steering pump are hard to get to so good luck with that. Replace the studs, put the new gasket on, then put it back together. No silicon required.
