Here is a SITE (http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/tech/engine.html) that says it's @ 6800 rpm.

hmmmm. well i have reved up all the way and it hit it at 6500, so i don't know

no. my car is POS right know. i'm working on the engine(B16A Turbo) frist then the body it has rust.
