battery or what?

ok i went to turn my truck on and it made a very loud clicking noise that sounded like a machine gun. i think it is the battery but im not sure because the lights inside my truck are all working. any ideas?

Start by checking the battery. If the battery is good then it may be the starter.

Make sure all your high-current connections (battery cables at both ends) are bright and tight.

i replaced the battery...that was the problem and its all fixed now. thanks
