2001 cL swap w/ 2004 TL engine

I wanted to see if a 2004 TL engine would fit in my 2001 CL. What is a good set of Mufflers to get for a 2001 CL, not too expensive. I have custom piping w/ stock mufflers but Im looking to go aftermarket. Please help me out someone
