1995 e350 351 fuel injection problem

I have replaced both heads and while replacing them I have replaced 3 fuel injecters I am not getting fuel to two cylinders, but I have spark on the plugs,and the compression is ok , how do I check the wiring to make sure the injecters are receiving the right signal to work , what else could be wrong besides the wiring?
