has anyone put on the eibach pro-kit springs yet? if so, how much did you end up paying. and did it give you a good drop. i know its only 1.2" but i wondered if that made it look and handle that much better. also, does anyone know if there are coil overs out yet? thanks guys.

i chose progress springs because of the high spring rates, intrax got pretty good spring rates too with a good drop, but progress is a little cheaper, the price range is around 120-150 plus shipping...the ride is pretty good, just a tad bit bumpier than stock, but still good, the drop is 1.7 front, 1.5 rear, u can get it in optauto.com or ptuning. com

it's a pretty good drop

I got the Eibach Sportline which have 2in drop in back and 1.8 in the front. One thing I did notice about my car after I put the EiBach's in is that when I race the car doesn't bounce like it did with the stock springs. Alot of my friends have Eibach and I think Eibach are one of teh best lowering springs out there, If not teh best...just my 2 cents...though.

i thought that the sportlines weren't out yet. on the eibach website it says that they are still in development. thats kewl. i really appreciate all the feedback guys. cuz i'm a broke mofo, and i can't afford ground controls, and even the eibach's are a little pricey for me. where did you get your sportlines? a shop or online? thanks a lot to everyone.

ok i just checked out one of those websites and i was wondering. will a 2" drop blow out my shocks? i had a 3.5" drop on my civic and obviously that destroyed them. but i didn't know if 2" would. also, if that website says that a certain spring is for 2002 sentra (all) does that include our spec v's, or do we have a different set up? thanks again guys. cya.

I talked to eibach a while back about the sportlines. Apparently the drop is too much for the stock dampers and so they said they were not going to make the springs. Said the sportlines they had out were for the normal se-r, and the spring rate is actually lower than stock spev-v. That might explain why there is less wheel hop, but your eventually going to mess up the rest of your suspension...

the pro-kit or ground control are the way to go if you want eibach...

i also noticed that tein recently came out with a coilover and matching damper set for the ser, however, i am unfamiliar with spring rates and am unsure whether the springs are going to be stiffer or softer than stock spec v
