Sorry if this is a really stupid question but if I bought altezza's for a crx would they fit my civic hatch without any modifications?

Altezzas arent that bad, I seen some decent cf housing ones on ebay a while ago, the lights were sunken into the housing, believe me it looked sick

they do make altezzas for the hatch, you just have to find them. try searching ebay for them.

what i think is funny is when you see a Lexus IS300 and somebody says "those altezzas look stupid on that car"

Go for it.. Put those altezzas on! Make your car look all rice and cheap! Good stuff good stuff... You will fit in quite nicely... With the ricers. I don't mean to bash you but they make your car look so unclean and retarded they just don't fit the crx or hatches style at all. Keep it clean and simple.

I bet the designer of the Lexus has altezzas on his 4g Honda too. I wonder since it already comes with those lame lights if there is aftermarket support to put plain lights on it (de-rice it)?

in some area's like where I used to hang out and where I now work, cars that have exterior mods but dont have altezzas are considered rice. The only exceptions are if they dont make them for your car (like every car I've ever owned) It just looks incomplete if you've got the projectors, clear corners, clear bumpers, and stock tails. Painted tails are passable here (what I'm doing on my next ride) but to each his own...

These are OK, but the center piece is kind of shitty and the plastic housing has some crappy effects, lets move on

These are the tight ones I am refeering to, note how the red is kind of recessed, and the center piece isnt half bad either, and would be tighter if it didnt have the stupid non functional red pieces in it, but I am sure you could open it up and tweak it so its carbon fiber all the way

These are even worse cause they got the supid glass designs. But the vendor here 'xenon4everus' is a great woman, I got some clear bumper lenses and corners from her for my friends 91 accord coupe, and she was a pleasure to deal with, buy from her if you can

These are tight, but only on a silver car in my opionion. The guy who had some models pose in front of his car has some, i forget his name, I remember he is from victoria BC

If you want to be origional you could go for JDM tails like these, but you could usually get your stock tails to look like this using some testors stained glass red paint

These are the ones that I'm thinking about getting, but I want a plain black housing instead of some fake-ass carbon fiber... Instead of the Altezza center-piece, I want to use the center-piece from an STD (which I have on order already).

I'm not a big fan of altezza's (especially the chrome housing ones), but I think these are decent, and I want my tails to match my black-housing projectors and corner lenses...

I figure I'll get these, and when something better comes along, I'll get that. I'm also still considdering making my own tails out of fiberglass...

Yeah Yeah you are right the Carbon Fiber Altezzas look cool...... Just not on the car... Altezzas just don't look good once they are on the 4th gen..

ci5ic: Thats a good idea to get black housings and the center piece off the STD. Lemme know if you decide to do some fiberglass tails, cause that would be an aftermarket option for us sedaners.

Shitty altezzas should not give all altezzas a bad rep!! Damn APC and Eurolite (those always leak)

The thing i hate the most are the center pieces.....
Why make them with shitty designs and fake lights... it serves no purpose but to look stupid.

Thats what I am saying though, is the center pieces on a lot of em look shitty, but if you can find good ones and do like ci5ic said and maybe get the STD center piece, or leave your stock one on, its all good then.

Damn people need to leave altezza style lights alone, grow up and let every person mod there car how they want.
