signals?-95 ciera

95 ciera wagon, left turn signal doenst work. turn it on and it just sits solid. is this the flasher or soemthing else? if it is the flasher, where is it located so that i can change it?

How does the right turn signal work? It right works it does not sound like a bad flasher. You may have a defective multifunction switch (stalk) on the steering column.

Check the hazard switch, is it on the steering column? These switches build up corrosion in them and cause the turn signals to malfunction. A quick way to check is to operate the hazard switch numerous times and see if there is a change.
