Do a search for either GIMP or Paint.net, they are both free programs that can do what you need.
Not quite as powerful as photoshop, but you can have some fun with it.

yeah sure, sign me up. i won't have too much time, so it'll be just for fun, nothing great coming from me. Atleast it'll give me an excuse to play around with PS. Hopefully soon i'll be using 3DStudioMax and Maya.

I take you need ten to start? Start what? Anyone that has the image has already began ;)
If this goes (and so many of these have fallen apart :( ) Count me in at.. I think # 9? I woun't start unit we get 10 or its a waste to start.. meaning
the other trys NEVER ended with a good voting system.. People where posting
their chops everywere.. There was really no winner.
This might be harder than you think! You may have to get a mod involved here for a GOOD voting system.

I 'm not good at this anymore and have worked with people more than cars
so kinda lost it but wound love to try. :)
