Welcome!

WOW! this is looking superb already!

This veilside, it's the one used in the last F&F flick, right? (not that I have seen it)

This buildup will be stunning and I will be following it with great interest!

Bye

Olivier

Well he could paint it many different ways. I've seen it three different color schemes. One was the Veislide's own car at Tokyo Auto Salon which was red and black. Another is the Tokyo Drift orange and black. The thir one I saw was Alex Phiffer's purple and black one he drifted in Vegas.

WOW.
That is really cool.
I can't wait to see progress.
I'm gonna show this to my coworker too.
There are probably 10 give or take a couple Fortune FD kits here in the states now.
Unfortunatly I have not seen pictures of most. I know there is a yellow one down here, and a red one too I think. West Coast Customs just picked up a kit the other day.
I'm sure your model is going to look cool and VERY UNIQUE.

I personally don't like the Veilside style...but I really like to see such amazing scratchbuilding! Well done, I want to see it finished ( you should paint it some tone of orange with grey or black contrasts ).

I would like to see a dark gunmetal and a black 2 tone....Like the tokyo drift one but grey and black.

If money is really no object, using some of the Lamborghini paints from Cobra Colors would be SICK. I've used their tri-coat orange pearl, and it really pops. And I think they also have a metallic black, too. Kinda a new spin on the original paintjob.

you really should go into the business of making resin transkits for this kind of thing, you'd get plenty of customers.

aeandea could you tell us what is out of shape. The only thing I see is that the rood has two dimples. Seeing all your work though I'm pretty sure you can handle that. It's looking good so far.

I think it could be the minute offsets but they're hardly noticeable. Absolutely stunning work. I'm amazed at your ability to scratchbuild something so accurately. Can't wait to see this finished in all it's glory.
