Changing cabin air filter 200tq

Hello, has anyone ever changed a cabin air filter in a 200tq?

If so, I would really appreciate a quick tip or two. I don't even know if it has one, but the air in the cabin is bad and not flowing well. also I get alot of foging durring the colder months.
