R cams on GSR

wich cams are better for a 99 GSR? i was thinking stock teg's type R cams but guys at the track said civic R cams are better for GSR. so wich should i choose?

the itr and the ctr exhaust cams are the same profile. the only thing different is the intake camshaft, by 3 degrees. EXCEPT the years of 00 and 01. the are the same and the only thing different is the hond part number
