Engine stumbles after 1 of hot running

99 Trooper 130K miles. Engine seems fine, then after running for around an hour or more, the engine suddenly starts to stumble and lose power. If I let it cool off for awhile, it's fine again.

It has done this 3-4 seperate times, and it seems to be getting worse.

Any Ideas what could cause this?
